Short but sweet

Location was good. We only stayed 1 night at the end of our trip so we were all eat out and just wanted fried chicken and beer for dinner and there it was....a fried chicken place across the road!!! Breakfast was good and sufficient.The room was super spacious. We needed space to repack our luggage and so the space was much appreciated.the bathroom was also super spacious.

Our room was the last room at the end of a long corridor. But that makes it was very quiet!!

Very Good

A very comfortable hotel in a location close to the Dongdaegu Bus and Rail terminal. Rooms are quite large and service is very friendly. Lots of facilities in the hotel and many restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

For the price levels in Daegu the breakfast is way too expensive. The buffet is excellent but how much can you eat? My room was very warm and the air conditioning is on the slow side. It takes a couple of hours to bring the room down from the 26 degrees Celsius it was to begin with.

Very pleasant stay.

Great location, close to railhead, and tons of eateries. Well maintained room and premises. The front desk staff seemed a bit rushed even though I was the only patron checking in at the time. I later realized that this was likely the their nature or training that brought out what appeared to be a very enthusiastic approach to helping patrons. My room TV was unresponsive on the second day. The front desk promptly sent an engineer to check. After greeting me at the door with a deep bow, the engineer shed his shoes in the hallway prior to entering my room. After some effort, the engineer concluded that the issue was with the monitor and informed me that he would recommend a room transfer. Although a different floor, I was provided a larger room within half an hour.

An enjoyable stay but would think again prior to booking

The hotel is well situated near the train station, metro rail and shopping districts. The rooms were well designed and staff friendly.

The hotel had a pool, however, clients of the hotel had to pay to use the pool which made no sense to me. Furthermore, apart from the pool there truly wasn’t much else one could do at the hotel itself.

Overall a very enjoyable stay with excellent room and so many shops, restaurants close by.

Room size and cleanliness top class. Front desk staff excellent - always polite, helpful and quick to respond to all requests.

Good hotel with spacious rooms!

The rooms are very spacious, the lobby is pretty and the pool and sauna facilities are great especially if you take the wellness package they are worth it. Breakfast in general was just ok but the pancakes are legendary! If you arrive with the KTX at the 동대구역 its basically just across the street.

Its a bit pricey and some of the staff weren’t the nicest.

Good Hotel with a space for improvement in terms of hospitality.

Location, parking, size of room, big and comfortable bathroom, voice assistant, very good bed.

I was surprised that in a 5* hotel, after asking for a possibility to add 3(!) postcards (already with stamps- so no additional work for front desk staff!) to a hotel post just to be sent together, I got an advice to use post office in 20 minutes walking distance from the hotel instead. Not a level of service I would expect from a 5* hotel employees.

Exceptional

The hotel has an excellent location if you arrive by train, you can actually walk. You can take a 5 minute walk and be in the nearest subway station. The staff is very nice and friendly and the hotel is very nice and clean with very specious rooms.
